It just so happens that the right mixture of breathing techniques, mental exercises, and attuning to heaven puts your mind into deep serenity.

Vitality

The true nature of meditation is that we receive the sustenance of sleep while we are awake. That is because in both, Heaven's energy fills our soul and body. 

Self-Control 

Meditation is a practice of mental discipline. Through the repeated practice, we will improve our control over our minds, and thus over our lives.

Inspiration

Through our practice, and especially at the Happy Science branches, we can attune to the realms above. By doing so,  good ideas will flow into us naturally.
